Food, Power & Housing

Our businesses presently cover food security (aquaculture by 2Q 2025) and mostly renewable energy projects like solar, electromagnetic and green algae power.
Quality and affordable housing is an important pillar in our work. Not merely  building real estate, but enabling communities with facilities and programs designed to  uplift local economic wellbeing of residents.

Food Security


Starting with aquaculture, we seek to support food self-sufficiency or cash cropping goals of nations and communities in which we operate.

Development Plans – the following are work in progress to be implemented…
Apart from planned acquisition of larger farms, our broader vision is to empower agriculture by working smaller scale farmers, providing:
a) Lower cost farming supplies (eg. high yield, organic fertilizer) and equipment.
b) Powering up farms with low operating cost generators.    
c) To acquire Agri-technology – incorporating drone or GPS technology to manage farms or aggregated farms at agronomics level for optimised irrigation, plant health and crop yield management
d)Supply chain management/market access systems/apps to enable farmers direct access to sell and transport their farm produce at fair market prices.

Energy Security

Arkadia’s renewable energy strategy captures both the spirit and letter or sustainable energy.
To bring overall, optimised long term inclusive benefits, we advise on/consider:

b) Project-Lifecycle Environmental Impact
c) National economy, community and ecology impact of power projects
d) Alignment with carbon reduction strategies of the nation.

Our suppliers bring cost effective solutions and supplies to deliver lasting value to clients. Using technologies like solar, electromagnetic generation and green algae, Arkadia delivers power with:

ii) Low maintenance cost           iii) Higher supply reliability esp. for electromagnetic and green algae

v) Revenue enhancing carbon credits verified with at source monitoring

Tapping economies of scale and upcycled materials Arkadia brings quality affordable housing through:

Projects

We have signed an MOU with MEQGC Enterprise Co Ltd of Cambodia for:
– Installation of over 1,000 MW of renewable energy power generation

1,000 Hectare Smart City
– 500 hectare Natural Village

We will bring in a masterplanning feasibility study team to do overall infrastructure and town planning that aligns to Siem Reap Master Plan 2021-2035
